A. Absolutely!!! OmniGlides offer a great range of intensity levels for everyone from beginner to advanced. OmniGlides use your body as the exercise tool; so there are suitable exercises for anyone using the OmniGlide PWS.

A. As with any exercise or diet regime, first consult your physician. However, the OmniGlide uses your body weight, pressure, and resistance as key factors for trimming fat and building muscle; no weights, pulleys, etc. are required. Your body is the exercise "machine" with the OmniGlide PWS. So, starting slow and doing only a few repetitions at a lower intensity level should be suitable for any beginner.
